This beautiful ensemble is reminiscent of the Victorian Era.... Sweet, lovely and a one of a kind. The roses in this floral are just gorgeous. The black on white is an exquisite contrast. The fabric is so soft, it is just yummy. The size of the pattern says 3T however it seems to run large and I have made some changes such as the cuffs on the dress and ruffles on the pants. I believe this would fit a size 4T. Hannah is wearing a 3T in a lot of things and this is too large on her and way too long. Here are some measurements to give you a better idea if it will fit your little one.

Pants length~ 23" Inseam~ 16"
