The rose topiary tree that her Great Grandmother Ruby had planted beside the cottage so long ago filled the air with it's sweet perfume... Cherished memories of her childhood swam to the surface as she walked down the lane that led to Wisteria Lake in her mind... Oh, what a grand time they had drifting upon it's glassy surface each summer in the little skiff Papa had bought for her. But one of her favorite memories was of rocking on the back porch with Great Grandma Ruby, stringing beans they had picked in the garden and listening to Patsy Cline.... oh, the joys of childhood...
